Peruvian cuisine is one of the most diverse and renowned in the world, the result of the encounter between ancient pre-Hispanic cultures and Spanish, African, Asian, and European influences. This historical fusion has given rise to a cuisine rich in flavors, techniques, and traditions.
Peru has an extraordinary variety of native ingredients, such as potatoes, corn, chili peppers, and quinoa, which are combined with products from the sea, the mountains, and the Amazon, reflecting the country's geographical diversity. Each region contributes its own recipes and styles, from Creole and seafood cuisine to Andean and Amazonian cuisine.

Therefore, we offer our free tours on the basis of tips, which means that we'll try our best to give you an excellent overview of the city and at the end of the tour you are free to tip your guide as much as you think the tour is worth to you. Tasters are not included, but can be bought each individually.
